Our Team

WellSpring is all about service, not "serve us".  We do not exist for ourselves.  We value towels over titles as we seek to serve Christ and bring Him glory.  No job is too great...or too small.  Our significance is not connected to what we do, but who we are in Christ.  Yet our love for Him will not let us sit on the sidelines and view church ministry as a spectator sport. 

When we each are serving out of our God-inspired "sweet spots", then the whole Body is lifted up and His work is beautifully accomplished.  We feel we are doing what He has created us to do!  Come to WellSpring, discover your SHAPE (spiritual gifts, heart/passion, abilities, personality, experience), and see how God is leading you to serve in our midst...as you live for something more!

"The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called 'benefactors.' But not so among you; on the contrary, he who is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he who governs as he who serves. For who is greater [in the world's viewpoint], he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Yet I am among you as the One who serves." (Luke 22:25-27)
